Seeking blessings!

Sparsh visited the temple for first time! he shivered as his hand touched the cold feet of the large Shivji idol :-)

Yawn....saga of new parents!

Like most new borns, Sparsh sleeps and gets up on his will. At times he just gets up in the middle of night and stares at us and the room as if trying to absorb every little detail. Last night new mommy and new daddy were trying to put him to sleep and yawned together around midnight and smiled....i felt it was a sign that baby will bring us endless special moments which will be very dear to us as a couple!

A baby will make love stronger, days shorter, nights longer, bankroll smaller, home happier, clothes shabbier, the past forgotten, and the future worth living for.

Muscle power

I never knew that we use our stomach muscles in almost every move that we make. The first week after a c-section delivery makes one realize that (courtesy the pain that hits even when doing routine things like, laughing your heart out!) and I promise to take best care of them all the rest of life.

Where the bundle of joy arrived!

Sparsh came to us at Manipal hospital in Bangalore. We were at 11th floor in room No.62.

First identity!

Sparsh had a tiny band around his thigh when the nurse first brought him to me. It was his first identity with few stats that differentiated him from the world.
